On the second day of the Saudi Media Forum, the Saudi Broadcasting Authority (SBA) signed six agreements covering media training, strategic collaborations, and content development with several key entities, including the General Authority for Real Estate, the Institute of Public Administration, Kafalah Program, the Heritage Foundation, Sabq newspaper, and Nabdh Media Production Company. Meanwhile, King Abdulaziz University also signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Matarat Holding to strengthen academic and professional training for students. The agreement with the General Authority for Real Estate aims to enhance media access to accurate real estate market data and provide specialized content that educates investors and consumers about sector regulations and policies. This initiative is expected to boost investor confidence and contribute to the sector’s development in line with Saudi Vision 2030. The agreement with the Institute of Public Administration focuses on consulting services and knowledge exchange in specialized fields, granting SBA priority media coverage for national and international conferences, forums, and events organized by the institute. Meanwhile, the partnership with the Kafalah Program is designed to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the media sector, facilitating financial guarantees and funding opportunities to stimulate economic activity, create new job opportunities, and promote development in less economically active regions. To highlight Saudi Arabia’s rich cultural heritage, SBA signed an agreement with the Heritage Foundation, enabling the broadcast of its content through SBA’s digital platform "Seema". This initiative aims to enhance public awareness of Saudi heritage and reinforce national identity and cultural pride. Additionally, the agreement with Nabdh Media Production will foster investment opportunities in digital media, supporting local content creators by showcasing their productions via "Seema". Furthermore, King Abdulaziz University signed an MoU with Matarat Holding, establishing a partnership for practical training through knowledge and expertise exchange to enhance academic and professional excellence. The Saudi Media Forum and the Future of Media Exhibition (FOMEX) continue to serve as an unprecedented global event, bringing together media leaders, industry experts, and technology innovators to forge strategic media partnerships that drive sustainable development. The event also includes the Saudi Media Forum Awards, aimed at advancing media content, fostering competition, and recognizing outstanding contributions in the media industry.
