The participant’s or nominee’s personal information must be complete and accurate.
Nomination is available to Saudis, residents, and local or Saudi-licensed institutions operating in the Kingdom, except for the "Tolerance Award," "Personality of the Year Award," "Press Column Award," and the "Audience Award for Best Tech Content."
Submissions or nominations should only be uploaded to the official award platform; any submissions or nominations outside the website will not be accepted.
Special conditions for each award category, if any, must be observed individually.
The participant or nominee must own all public and intellectual property rights of the submitted work or partial ownership that grants them submission rights with the consent of other parties, with supporting documents provided.
Participants or nominees must adhere to the specified start and end dates for submissions across all categories.
Members of nomination, filtering, and judging committees cannot participate or nominate for any award categories but may nominate others.
Participation or nomination in multiple awards is allowed, provided all requirements for each category are submitted separately. Only one submission will be chosen if the participant reaches the final stages.
Winners are not allowed to participate in the award for two years after winning.
A winner of one category cannot also win any special awards in the same year.
Participants agree that the Broadcasting Authority or any third party authorized by it may publish these submissions on the website or other media platforms, whether existing or future, including online, mobile, TV, and radio. The nominee also agrees to use it in promotional activities and advertising, and grants the Authority irrevocable rights to display, publish, alter, store, reformat, or license the work to another party for media display.
