The Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA) will serve as a digital enabler in the third annual Saudi Media Forum and the accompanying Future of Media Exhibition (FOMEX), scheduled to take place on February 21-22 in Riyadh.
FOMEX is organized by the Saudi Broadcasting Authority (SBA) in collaboration with the Saudi Journalists Association, attracting the participation of numerous countries worldwide and gathering prominent media professionals, academics, and global experts.
SDAIA’s participation stems from the ongoing support it receives from His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, Crown Prince, Prime Minister, and Chairman of SDAIA’s Board of Directors. This support aims to empower the authority in fulfilling its role of advancing the fields of data and artificial intelligence (AI), thereby serving humanity.
SDAIA is the national reference for data and AI organization, development, and operations in the Kingdom. Thus, the authority is committed to enhancing such significant events to underscore the importance of cutting-edge techniques and shine a spotlight on the Kingdom’s progress in this domain.
The Saudi Media Forum will showcase modern experiences related to the media industry and foster the activation of modern television and broadcasting production activities. The forum seeks to achieve these objectives through attracting leading global companies and leveraging diverse expertise in the production field to keep pace with the rapidly evolving media landscape.
Simultaneously, FOMEX will showcase prominent developments and techniques in the world of the media industry. The forum will encompass over 30 sessions dedicated to discussing the future of the media sector in the Kingdom and other countries worldwide. Distinguished speakers will enrich discussions with their ideas, visions, and insights concerning media and its future. This is particularly important given the rapid advancements in media and communication methods and the changes occurring across various fields worldwide. The forum will present its specialized awards to the winners.
