استناداً لمبادئ وقيم العمل الإعلامي، تؤكد هيئة الصحفيين السعوديين التي تعد أحد مؤسسات المجتمع المدني السعودي، أهمية الإعلام والإتصال في المجتمعات الإنسانية، كما تؤمن بحرية الصحافة وإستقلاليتها إنطلاقا من تجربتها التي عاشتها منذ تأسيسها وتشكيل أعضاء مجلس إدارتها بالإنتخاب من قبل أبرز وأهم الأسماء الصحفية في السعودية، وتشجيعاً على الحوار الثقافي والحضاري المبني على الإيجابية والانفتاح.
طموحنا في المنتدى
مشوارنا طويل، وهذه خطوتنا الثانية في الطريق، بعد أن حقق المنتدى في موسمه الأول في العام 2019م، أهدافه بكفاءة عالية، وبعد أن إنزاحت عن البشرية جائحة كرونا التي ألقت بظلالها على جل نشاطات المجتمعات. نسعى في هذه الخطوة لمواصلة العمل على تطوير صناعة الإعلام وترسيخ الجانب المهني والإحترافي، وبناء منصة عالمية لتبادل الخبرات والتجارب بين الإعلاميين من مختلف دول العالم.
Saudi Media Forum
The first edition of the Saudi Media Forum was organized in 2019 with the participation of a large segment of media stakeholders, including officials, CEOs, and heads of local, regional, and international media organizations.
More than 50 scientific sessions, workshops, and public meetings in which more than 1,000 media professionals gathered, to reach a professional and inspiring media industry.
