Since the starting of the registration in the third edition of the Saudi Media Forum, about 10 days ago, which was inaugurated by His Excellency, the Minister of Media, Salman Al-Dosary, the Saudi Broadcasting Authority that organizing this forum, revealed that the number of registrants has exceeded 8,000, with an average of 800 registrations per day with the registration process began.
The Saudi Broadcasting Authority clarified that the upcoming Future of Media Forum and FOMEX exhibition, which are both scheduled to take place from February 19 to 21, aim to explore the latest media trends and practices, enhance effective communication among professionals, engage with experienced individuals, and discover the newest innovations and technologies in the field of media.
This third edition of the Saudi Media Forum is expected to witness extensive local and international participation, alongside hosting more than 30 sessions that will discuss the future of media. These sessions will be attended by prominent media figures, academics, and specialized experts.
The FOMEX exhibition, which will be held on the sidelines of the forum, will showcase the latest professional and technological developments in the media field. The exhibition will host over 200 local and international companies, contributing to an increase in attendance from media professionals and enthusiasts.
The forum will conclude its events by awarding the winners of the “Saudi Media Forum Award”, aiming to honor outstanding contributors in the field of media. The award seeks to recognize individuals and groups demonstrating creative professional and academic work, contributing to showcasing pioneering Saudi experiences. It also appreciates personalities contributing to the media industry, enhancing their presence locally and regionally.
